This Privacy Policy sets out the privacy policy of MB "Švarūs dantys negenda", legal entity code 306154702, registered office address Polocko g. 17-61, Vilnius, e-mail address svarusdantysnegenda@gmail.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller" or the "Controller") of the website www.svarusdantysnegenda.lt the conditions for processing the personal data of visitors and other data subjects, and the procedure for exercising the rights of data subjects related to the processing of personal data.

The Controller may revise and amend the Privacy Policy at any time, so we recommend that you periodically check that you are familiar with the current version of the Privacy Policy. The date of publication of the current version of the Privacy Policy is indicated at the top of this web page.

The personal data of website visitors are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation and with appropriate technical and organisational measures for the protection of personal data.

The Controller will only use the personal data provided by you or collected by the Controller with your consent for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Your personal data is transferred to the Controller's data processors who provide website hosting and maintenance services. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR COMMUNICATION PURPOSES

In order to respond to your request and to preserve evidence of the communication (in the legitimate interest of effective communication and to avoid disputes relating to the treatment of individuals), the Controller shall process the following information provided by you:

  • when contacting the email addresses provided on the website, the email address, the date and time of the email and the content of the correspondence with the representative of the Controller shall be processed;
  • when sending a letter to the address of the Controller's registered office indicated on the website, the sender's name, surname, address, the date of receipt of the letter and the information contained in the letter are processed;
  • by submitting your enquiry via the enquiry form on the website (https://svarusdantysnegenda.lt/pages/contact), the name, email address, telephone number (optional) of the person making the enquiry, the date and time of the enquiry, and the content of the enquiry;
  • the name of the user and the content of the correspondence with the representative of the Controller shall be processed when the user is contacted via the social network Facebook or Instagram account.

The personal data provided with the enquiries and further correspondence between you and the representative of the Controller will be kept for as long as necessary to perform the specific task and to ensure the exercise of the Controller's rights, but no longer than 2 years from the date of receipt of the data.

 

If you make a request through your Facebook or Instagram account, the personal data you provide may be disclosed to the operators of that social network and to other persons with whom the operators of Facebook or Instagram share personal data. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING ELECTRONIC COMMERCE AND CONCLUDING AND PERFORMING SALES CONTRACTS THROUGH AN ONLINE SHOP

In order to conclude and execute a sales contract using the Manager's e-shop, the Manager processes the following personal data of customers:

  • name, address, contact telephone number and email address;
  • information related to the ordering of goods in the online shop (date of payment, selected goods, prices, quantities, method of payment, other billing information, discounts granted, bank account number);
  • information on the method and location of delivery.

The legal basis for processing personal data is the performance of a sales contract.

If the contract is concluded with a legal person, the name, position and basis of representation of the representative of the legal person who concluded the contract shall be recorded.

The above data shall be kept for 10 years from the expiry of the sales contract.

Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy under the RIGHTS EXERCISE PROCEDURE.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBMITTING AND MANAGING FEEDBACK

Any visitor to the website may leave a review of the services and/or products provided by the Manager. When leaving a review, the website will display the name of the person who submitted the review (optional) and the content of his/her review. The following personal data will be processed by the Manager in the management of feedback:

  • Name of the person submitting the response (optional), date and time of the response, content of the response.

The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent to provide feedback.

Feedback will not be visible for more than 10 years from the date of submission of the feedback. The person who submitted the feedback has the right to withdraw (delete) it at any time by contacting the Manager to have the feedback withdrawn (deleted).

                                                  PROCEDURE FOR EXERCISING RIGHTS                                                 

All persons whose personal data is processed by the Controller shall:

ü The right of access to your personal data processed by the Controller

The rights of access and rectification shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the Controller's registered office or to the following e-mail address svarusdantysnegenda@gmail.com (if the application is signed with an e-signature).

When making a request for access to personal data, the request must specify the categories of personal data to which you are requesting access.

When making a request for rectification of inaccurate or incorrect personal data, the request must specify the personal data you are requesting to be rectified.

This right shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the Controller's registered office or to the following email address svarusdantysnegenda@gmail.com (if the application is signed with an e-signature). If the request is justified, the processing of the personal data shall be restricted within 5 working days of receipt of the request.

ü Right to data portability

This right shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the Controller's registered office or by sending an e-mail to svarusdantysnegenda@gmail.com (if the application is signed with an e-signature). If the request is justified, the Controller shall provide your personal data in a computer-readable format to you or to the controller you have indicated, no later than 30 days after receiving the request.

ü The right to object to the processing of personal data

Business customers and their representatives, natural persons in respect of whom direct marketing is carried out without their consent, may exercise their right to object by submitting a request to the following email address svarusdantysnegenda@gmail.com. In all other cases, if you object to the processing of your personal data, we will assess whether your legitimate interest overrides that of the Data Controller.

The controller shall erase the personal data concerned or refuse the request, stating in writing the reasons for the refusal, no later than 30 days after receipt of the request.

ü Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

This right may be exercised by lodging a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate against any actions of the Controller relating to the processing of your personal data.

 

 

In cases where you exercise your rights by submitting a written request to the address of the Manager's registered office by post, a notarised copy of a personal document (passport, ID card) must be submitted with the request.
