Vitamin D₃ promotes the absorption of calcium and phosphate in the intestine and its transport into the bloodstream, while vitamin K₂ acts on osteocalcin, a protein that takes calcium from the blood and carries it to the teeth and bones.

If K₂ a deficiency, then osteocalcin will not be able to do its job and calcium will be deposited in the blood vessels and organs. It is therefore very important that vitamin D₃ in combination with vitamin K₂because only the presence of both vitamins influences the mineralisation of teeth and bones.

Ingredients: adhesive microcrystalline cellulose, stabiliser hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegan capsule shell), menaquinone, cholecalciferol.

Consumption: Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water.

Warnings: Breastfeeding and pregnant women should consult their doctor before taking the supplement. Do not use if you have a hypersensitivity reaction to any of the ingredients in the product. May cause diarrhoea if taken in large quantities.
