CARRA C2 Magnesium bisglycinate chelate + Inulin

Magnesium is an essential mineral that is involved in more than 300 biological/enzymatic processes in our bodies. Together with the amino acids, glycine, it forms the compound MAGNIO GLYCINATE, also known as magniobisglycinate (which is the same), which is well absorbed in the intestine, does not irritate the stomach, is not sensitive to changes in PH, and can therefore be taken both with food and on an empty stomach.

Magnesium is important because:

• keeps people physically and mentally fit;

• reduces sensitivity to stress;

• relieves muscle spasms;

• can reduce anxiety;

• may reduce migraine headaches;

• activates vitamin D and thus participates in the mineralisation of bones and teeth;

• may reduce gnashing of teeth, may reduce reflux due to its muscle tone and muscle relaxing effect;

• improves sleep quality and increases relaxation by reducing stress;

Ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate (100 mg elemental magnesium), stabiliser hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegan capsule shell), inulin (from the root of Cichorium intybus).

Vegetarian, plant-based capsules. Preservative-free, non-GMO.

Consumption: It is recommended to be taken the night before, 100-200 mg/day. Starting with 100 mg is recommended. Can be increased to 400 mg/day if needed (for people under severe stress, severe teeth grinding, severe anxiety)
