Vitamin D₃ promotes the absorption of calcium and phosphate in the intestine and its transport into the bloodstream, while vitamin K₂ veikia osteokalciną – baltymą, kuris paima kalcį iš kraujo ir nuneša į dantis ir kaulus.

Consumption: Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water.
