"Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil Soft Gels have a naturally rich and rare nutrient profile, which offers a wide range of health benefits:

Vitamin A: It contains true vitamin A in the form of retinol, which means that it can be easily absorbed and used by the body (unlike vitamin A found in plants as beta-carotene). Vitamin A is involved in the immune system, vision, reproduction and cell communication*.
Vitamin D: Rosita vitamin A also works together with vitamin D, which helps the body absorb calcium to support bone health.*
Omega fatty acids: Rosita's full spectrum of fatty acids (including omega-3 EPA and DHA) are known to reduce inflammation and protect brain health.*

Dosage: Best taken with food.

• For adults: 3 capsules per day. (90 capsules per bottle for 30 days)
• Children and sensitive individuals: start with 1 capsule per day. The capsule can be pierced with a pin and the oil sprayed into the mouth of young children.
• Infants (if approved by a doctor): 1-3 drops daily. The capsule can be pierced with a pin and the oil sprayed into the baby's mouth.
• Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers: do not exceed more than 3 capsules per day.
• Gradually: Rosita is of the highest quality, pure and strong. It is therefore very important to start slowly, in small doses. For example, 1 capsule (or less) every other day, until you can determine how the oil works in your body and what dose is right for you.

Storage: To keep Rosita capsules in the best condition for the longest time, store them in a dark place at room temperature, ideally between 15 °C and 25 °C.

In any case, a short exposure to temperature has no effect on the oil. Prolonged exposure to low temperatures may increase the permeability of the gel and should not be refrigerated or frozen.
