Magnesium is a very important mineral that is involved in more than 300 biological/enzymatic processes in our body. Together with amino acids, glycine forms the compound MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE, also called magnesium bisglycinate (it's the same), which is perfectly absorbed in the intestines, does not irritate the stomach, is not sensitive to changes in PH, so it can be used both with food and on an empty stomach.

Usage: It is recommended to use before night, 100-200 mg per day. It is recommended to start with 100 mg. If necessary, it can be increased up to 400 mg per day (for people under great stress, with very strong brushing of teeth, with great anxiety)
